Located 1/2 mile from the Appalachian Trail in
Greene County, Tennessee

What we do for you!

We are a Hiker Hostel in Greene County, TN, 1/2 mile from the Appalachian Trail and 1 1/2 mile North of Allen's Gap.  Nestled among tall pines, hemlocks, maples & oaks next to gentle running Paint Creek on Bald Mountain.

We live with the rustic beauty of the Cherokee National Forest & the Great Smokey Mountains.

There is peace and serenity in our woods, and we are only a short distance to the historic sites in Greene County ~ Home of our 17th President, Andrew Johnson.

Close by we also have Davy Crocket State Park, and many other historic plus busy places of interest such as:
Asheville, NC,  Bristol Motor Speedway, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the historic Spa at Hot Springs, NC.

Outdoor nature interests include numerous hiking trails, horseback riding, fishing, hunting, rafting and mountain biking.

As an outfitter, we carry a large supply of hiker needs, firewood, ice & more.
